With the development of modern technology, New media shows various forms, and as a form of the media, the integration of the television media and the new media is inevitable. In2009, China’s Culture Industry Promotion Plan stressed to promote the development of emerging cultural industries like Multimedia broadcasting, Mobile radio and television and network radio television, which point the way for the healthy and rapid development of television media website. The media industry presents a powerful multi-modal industrial trend with the access to Radio and television media market and the increased opportunities for market expansion.China’s television media site set up in1996. Since the implementation of licences to broadcast or stream video online, the expansion of the major traditional media to online video field is encouraged by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, competing for network of professional video services. The rise and development of television media sites were particularly noticeable, because it represents the trend of media convergence, the new period of the integration for traditional media and electronic and network media. The television media faces many competitions with new media and other media since it first came into being, and it has formed a certain scale after several decades of development. In the face of strong competition by business portal, it has some problem in the quality of its service, operation management and business conditions, but it also made quite gratifying achievements by its rapid development. The business sense of China’s television media site has been formed, it explores and practice in the aspect of the operation based on its advantages.Top three of China’s television media sites are CCTV network of China Central Television, Phoenix Net of Phoenix Group and Golden Eagle Network of Hunan Broadcasting Television Group. Golden Eagle Network is excellent among thirty provincial television network websites, and it has an irreplaceable position in this field. Golden Eagle Network has been adhering to the position of Hunan TV "Entertainment China". It position clear from the beginning, and with "China’s first entertainment network" as the goal, it formed its own brand gradually, not the accessories to Hunan TV. At the same time, it will get more hits by young audiences who belong to Hunan TV, which will increase the visibility and influence of the Golden Eagle Network. Although the business mode of Golden Eagle Network can not be copied, it will provide guidance for other local television media sites.This paper combing the basis of domestic and foreign literature with television media sites related to the business model, The current development status of domestic and foreign television media sites to conduct a preliminary understanding, from the television media, online media and television media sites aspects consolidation induction, summed up the current site of several types of television media business models.
