Geological disasters,floods a,production safety,and epidemic prevention and control are emergency events that bring huge losses to society and the economy.The occurrence of these events has caused certain harm and impact on people's life,and also brought great challenges to national security level and social stability.In the event of a major emergency,grain and oil supplies are important materials that cannot be replaced in daily life.At the same time,they are also a guarantee that the lives of the victims will be extended and the disaster relief work can be carried out normally after the emergency happens.China's existing research results on emergency reserve and distribution of grain and oil materials are mostly concentrated on emergency plan planning and emergency logistics system design.With the acceleration of China's urbanization and modernization,frequent disasters have brought many new challenges to the emergency management of grain and oil.In the face of these challenges,it is necessary to reasonably plan out the emergency plan applicable to China's grain and oil emergency according to specific conditions and build the corresponding emergency system.In practice,the purpose of efficient and low-cost operation can be achieved by scientifically and rationally planning the location of grain and oil emergency distribution centers.The material of grain and oil is the material that guarantees basic life demand,should have enough reserve quantity,this is the premise that emergency rescue activity can carry on;Adequate supply of grain and oil can ensure the daily life of the disaster-stricken people and is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of post-disaster reconstruction..Therefore,it has important practical significance and theoretical value for the location selection and distribution optimization of grain logistics emergency rescue system.This paper takes the multi-site grain and oil emergency logistics site selection and vehicle scheduling path optimization as the research object.According to the particularity of grain and oil logistics,combined with the characteristics and requirements of emergency logistics,the distribution center location problem and vehicle scheduling problem are analyzed to establish the corresponding grain and oil distribution center location and the mathematical model of the grain and oil supplies distribution.Then,according to different models,the improved immune algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve the problem.The specific research contents are as follows:1.This paper explains and analyzes the research status of basic knowledge such as emergency logistics,grain logistics,emergency logistics center location,and vehicle dispatching,then comprehensively analyzes and studies the problems of selecting the location of the grain and oil reserve center and the dispatching of grain and oil supplies and conducting research.2.The location selection of multi-site grain and oil emergency materials distribution center is studied.According to the demand of the disaster area and the distance between the alternative distribution center and the disaster area,a corresponding mathematical model is established,and an immune algorithm is designed to solve the model according to the characteristics of the model.3.Distribution of emergency supplies of grain and oil in multiple outlets.This paper takes the transportation cost and transportation distance as the starting point of the problem,and establishes a corresponding mathematical model.Based on the characteristics of the model,an adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Then from aspects of the delivery distance and distribution route comparison and analysis of the results of the simulation example,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved scheme.
