Design And Implementation Of Quality Control System About Software Development In Commercial Bank

The banking competition is becoming increasingly fierce in China, especiallyforeign banks involving constantly after our country has joined WTO. To improve thesoftware quality and the level of software process management, domestic banksestablish the internal software quality management system and norms of bank basedon CMM and ISO9001standard otherwise cannot be passed the appraisal. With thecommercial banks relying on the computer software continuously, the problem ofcomputer software quality become concerned by people from all walks of life. Qualitycontrol is one of the important steps of bank software quality management, while thesoftware development process control is the essential guarantee of high quality ofbank software.Through the related concept of quality control during the commercial banksoftware development, this study analyzes quality control pattern, expounds thepurpose and significance of quality supervision in the process of bank softwaredevelopment, and quotes some quality control theory, such as total qualitymanagement theory, control theory, project management theory etc..In the view ofsystem, this article analyzes and summarizes the quality control theory and currentsituation of software development deeply. As we know, the technology and standardof our banking software quality control is the ISO9001and CMMI, but so far, thecommercial banks which are gotten through CMM/CMMI certification are few.This study puts forward the quality control model design of commercial banksoftware development, so that four factors (target control, feed forward control,process control and feedback control) run through commercial software development.Also proposes support system of management documents and quality control model ofcommercial banking software development based on ISO9001and CMM, meanwhileexplains the quality control model classification and functions. The study intends toimprove the commercial banking quality control method in the bank softwaredevelopment, and build a practical mode of software quality management and control,including objective system, software requirements analysis stage, system analysis andsoftware definition stage which called feed forward control; overall design, detaileddesign, coding and unit testing, integration testing stage which called process control,acceptance, operation and maintenance phase which is feedback control in order to monitor bank software development effectively and reduce software product defects.Based on previous research on the design, the quality control of a commercialbank land resources online trading system software development as an example, thequality monitoring module and the software development process management ofcommercial banks for the platform design, from the objective system, system analysisand software definition stage which called feed forward control, the overall designand detailed which called quality process control, product inspection, the workproduct review, quality assurance report generation part to realize the quality controland assurance of the development of banking software process.
