As electronic system’s structure and function has increasingly complicated, thedegradation of electronic system extremly grows,however the tolerance ofdegradation is degraded. Analog circuit as the critical part in the electronic systemdominants the degradation behaviour of the system with spectial analog structureand performance. Study of method for analysis and model building of analog circuitdegradation behaviour is urgent needed as it’s the most efficient way to implementdesign for reliabilty method to improve analog circuit reliabilty. In addition to this,precognition of future circuit behaviour can provide powerful analysis evidence forthe change exceeding normal range, and take some measures before fault come up,in order to reduce the cost of maintenance after fault happen and improve thereliability of electronic system eventually.This dissertaion contains three parts: degradation behaviour analysis,degradation modeling and experiment verification.About degradation behaviour analysis, this dissertaion taked the down to upanalysis method to analyze the behaviour of circuit one level by level after studyin gthe mechanism of component, especially the operational amplifier and the circuitusing amplifier as the core component. Because the degradation behaviour isinduced by the unaviodable artifical defects related drifts of component parametersand the high sensitive of circuit’s itself.About degradation modeling, this dissertation researched the high level modelbuilding based the analysis of degradtion behaviour. Proposed utilizingHammerstein model to building degradation behavioral model, and the model isused in the up to down analog circuit design process to analysis the behaviour ofcircuit. As the same time, put forward a kind of degradation mathematic modelbased on the sensitivity analysis, which simplifies the degradation analysis processand convenient for design for degradation reliabilty. Furthermore improved theEuclidean distance with direction to evaluate the degree of degradation and got awell result.At last, based on the study of theory this dissertation constructed filter circuits,and analyzed the circuis degradation behaviour and got well verified.
