With the development of electronic technology,analog circuits used in electronic systems are becoming increasingly complex.In the process of using the circuit,degradation caused by environmental stress and characteristics of components will cause a decline in circuit performance,thus the circuit reliability will be impacted.In order to improve the reliability of the circuit system,a widely accepted practice is to take full account of the circuit performance degradation due to various factors at the beginning of the circuit designing.This paper researches the degradation of circuit system,and analyzes the degradation process on the overall performance of the circuit.In the process of using the circuit,due to environmental stress and its own characteristics,the output parameters of each component there have different degrees of degradation.In this paper,the degradation behavior of the basic circuit components such as transistors,resistors and capacitors is analyzed,and the degradation effects of the basic circuit components and the existing mature model s are studied in detail.The basic circuit components model is obtained.The models are used as the basis for high-level circuit system.This paper analyzes the impact of the degradation process on the circuit.In this paper,an analysis method based on th e transfer model is proposed.The basic idea of this method is to find the relationship between the component and the whole circuit according to the circuit structure,and then analyze the degradation of the circuit.At the same time,in order to simplify the calculation process,a sensitivity analysis method is proposed,which simplifies the circuit degradation analysis process according to the sensitivity ana lysis results.In this paper,a method based on predictive model is proposed.The basic idea of this method is to use a small amount of degraded data to predict the future degradation of electronic system.In this paper,a method of particle filter prediction theory and gray model fusion is proposed,which realizes the performance degradation analysis of the analog circuit which is not explicitly expressed by the circuit model and improves the efficiency of circuit degradation analysis.In this paper,the simulation of performance degradation of analog circuits is realized on multiple analog circuits with different complexity,and good results are obtained.
