Seeker is the core part of precision guided munition, which is used in automaticsearch, recognition and tracking the target. The servo system of the seeker is theexecutive device to achieve the visual axis stability and target tracking, theperformance of which will directly affect the precision of the seeker. Theconventional performance test method of the servo system is usually the classicalmethod of signal processing and control technology. As the development of theprecision guided munition, the requirement to the performance of the servo systemis higher and higher and the domestic conventional method is hard to satisfy therequirement. The dissertation proposed a performance test methods of servo systembased on photo-electronic imaging measurement. The research contents involve theoverall plan of the performance test methods of servo system based onphoto-electronic imaging measurement, the method of image distortion correctionbased on the field calibration, the solution of the performance parameters of theservo system based on image processing, the software development and applicationof the servo system’s performance test system.The dissertation studied the composition and working principle of the seekerservo system and analyzed the assessment indexes of the control precision of thesystem. After that, the dissertation proposed the overall plan of the performance testmethods of servo system based on photo-electronic imaging measurement,according to the requirement such as the wide range of movement, the fast angularvelocity and the high requirement of the angle measuring accuracy.The dissertation deeply studied the reason of the photo-electronic imagingdistortion and the image geometric distortion model building, according to the highspatial resolution and wide field angle of the photo-electronic imaging measurementsystem.The dissertation studied the application of the adaptive threshold method in thelaser spot image segmentation from the perspective of image processing andproposed a spot image location method based on adaptive iteration and the spotmotion trail fitting method based on least squares. Then the dissertation studied theperformance parameters test method of the seeker’s servo system based on imageprocessing.In the dissertation, we also developed the photo-electronic imagingmeasurement hardware platform. After that, we developed the performance testsoftware module of servo system based on photo-electronic imaging measurementand realized the joint debugging with the servo turntable. Then we finished the debugging of servo system of the seeker under test and tested the performanceparameter such as the decoupling factor. The test results show that the system canachieve the dynamic testing precision requirement of the seeker’s servo system.
