The hypersonic infrared seeker imaging technology, which has an importantresearch significance and broad application prospect, has been one of the keytechnologies that various countries research on in military field.This paper makes a detail analysis on the overall technical index and the imagingmechanism of infrared imaging seeker for the whole imaging link of hypersonicinfrared imaging seeker. An imaging model of hypersonic infrared imaging seeker wasbuilt on the basis of the engineering thought, combining the atmospheric radiationtransmission characteristic of hypersonic infrared imaging seeker, aero-optical effects,the distortion of optical system, signal response function, space transfer characteristics,noise and other associated characteristics. Then, with the help of a software namedTracePro this paper build the thermal radiation model of turbulent field according tothe refractive index model and ray tracing thought. Finally a digital simulationplatform of hypersonic infrared imaging seeker is developed and implemented withC++under VS2008, this platform can simulate the imaging effects in differentsituations by setting the different simulation environment and system parameters.
