Drying equipment is more and more important in the industrial development. Until 2015, In good situation led by the national chemical industry development, the market situation of drying equipment is getting better and better, production enterprise has achieved very good results. Drying equipment which is marked characteristics in industrial drying equipment technical content is more important. According to market survey, the chemical industry for drying equipment manufacturing industry become more high quality, low energy consumption, less environmental protection, on the production side, should be strengthen the design of manufacturing process, equipment and control technology for research.Printing factory prints products in terms of dry chemical items such as the most important thing is to ink drying, it is also a printed products applied to the necessary conditions of life, and is also the premise of printed matter to use in our daily life. Temperature control is a key factor in printing products, because temperature has a time lag, the delay and nonlinear characteristics, so it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model,The traditional PID control can not establish precise mathematical model to control the temperature.Controled characteristics of heating process, in the author of this paper, the traditional control method combined with intelligent control,used fuzzy control theory, fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed. In the heating process according to the drying chamber inlet temperature and set temperature deviation and the deviation between the rate of change, through fuzzy reasoning and fuzzy judgment, fuzzy rules for parameter adjustment algorithm and adjust the parameters of the conventional PID controller online, improve the control performance of PID. System through the actual test and operation has good effect, improving the control precision and response speed of system. Achieve the effective controling on temperature and flowing air in the system.The main characteristics of dry energy-saving equipment is energy saving. Joined the heat pump system in the control system, heat pump system energy-efficient because it at a fraction of the energy consumption under the premise that the air is heated to many times its own energy consumption, and the evaporator of the heat pump system also serves for exhaust in the heat recovery effect.Therefore, energy-saving drying equipment can achieve maximum energy saving.On the system hardware designed and configuration. On the system hardware selectioned, temperature sensor, differential pressure transmitter and pressure sensor selection has a great influence on the control precision of the system, so the measurement is important in the selection of hardware, the controller adopts the industrial computer. System uses Beijing Sunway force control, the system configuration, the system of on-line detection and controlling of the parameters such as temperature and pressure. Human-machine interface in a succinct, easy to operate, convenient operation of field workers.
