The Power Line Carrier Sensor Control Network (PLCSCN) is a new networkconsisting of low-voltage power line networks and sensor networks, whose coretechniques contain power line carrier communication technology, network technology,electronic technology and sensor technology and through the sensor line carrier nodes,this network collects the information, in which way the carrier network nodescommunicate with each other. The topology of network is complex and changeabledue to the channel noise of interface and attenuation of the signal in power linecommunication. Meanwhile, caused by vast carrier nodes joining or exiting thenetwork randomly, the network communication link becomes more complex, whichresults in the instability or even broken-off of the network. In this way, the networkcommunication is made less reliable. Therefore,in order to achieve stable andreliable communication, it is need to design a rational and effective algorithm foradapting the dynamically changeable topology of power line carrier sensor network.In view of the instability of link in power line carrier sensor control networkcaused by the channel interference and time-varying, this paper proposes an improvedclustering routing based on weights algorithm base on clustering network. Accordingto the two factors, the strength of the attenuation of the node, and the node degree, thealgorithm calculates weights for each node and to clustering by the size of the weights.In the clustering process, by comparing the weights of clustered nodes, every nodemakes a choice to quit or join the cluster, to complete dynamic clustering and to makethe network structure more stable. In the maintenance of cluster structure, algorithmadapts an on-demand mechanism to maintain the original structure of the cluster. Onthis basis, it is proposed that a new timing algorithm to improve the algorithm.At last, this improved clustering routing based on weights algorithm is simulatedby MATLAB simulation software. The result show that the algorithm can makeclustering more reasonable in the clustering process and improve the stability ofnetwork and reduce clustering total time. The algorithm also can update the cluster route adaptively when carrier nodes join in or quit from the network randomly, andthus efficient communication route is maintained, in the meantime, the reliability ofnetwork is improved.
