With rapid expansion of China’s agriculture and rural economy,tosolve the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area well becomes thepriority in recent years. Agriculture and rural development has entered anew stage, and show growing trends towards structural contradictionextruding between supply and demand, deeply changes of social structure,and accelerated integration of urban-rural development.Therefore, the cruxin building a well-off society in an all-round way still lies in thecountryside.Rural cable TV plays an important part of the construction of ruralarea as well as the establishment of agricultural information, and RuZhou’s cable TV plays a pivotal role in the issues of agriculture,farmer andrural area.At present, the market of rural cable TV is facing a rareopportunity and it has become a new impetus to promote and maintainagricultural economic development which is the positive significancetowards the sustainable development ofagriculture.RuZhou city broadcast and television networks co., LTD. is small butbusy. It has a standard management,an earlier development of ruraluser network,and good Enterprise economic benefit relatively. However,it’s a large pressure for this company to expand the rural market infinancing, channel construction, personnel training, service content.etc.on account of the impact of satellite TV and Internet, as well as thelagging of management and marketing concept of this company. Themarketing questionary survey and analysis of consumers’ demands aremade in this paper,with the knowledge of marketing and management,combined with the status quo of RuZhou city broadcast and televisionnetworks co., LTD.,and the problems existing in the rural market development. The factors that influence the company’s development,suchas the rural cable market law, economic policy environment,industrycompetition, technological advantage, and existing opportunities andchallenges are researched and analyzed in this article.Some measures areraised for the company to broaden market,for example,enriching theservice content, opening the digital TV, developing customers, effectiveutilization of network resources,taking more preferential price measures,simpling user service programs to provide considerate service better. Atthe same time,it’s necessary for the company to introduct the marketingconcept and market competition strategy, and to strengthen informationpublicity in order to develop the market vigorously.There also should besome corresponding supporting measures.e.g. well-established system,powerful support on technical study as well as examination and evaluationto ensure the sound structure.These methods and measures above willhave a guiding significance for the company to seize rural market,maintainstable growth of users and improve economic benefit.
