With the rapid economic development, people’s contact with nature deepened,retractable expanding range of devices, the actual production of a higher demand for itsmore and more comprehensive requirements. In this situation, the functional requirementsof continuous improvement, such as nonlinear dynamic external loads, the requiredequipment can still operate safely. Traction and longer length, carrying heavy loads heavier,more efficient energy use, function more diverse, increasingly stringent environmentalrequirements and other requirements, gave birth to the emergence of special retractabledevice. The equipment is mainly used in the field of marine and space, the main purpose istethered carrier transmission signal, transportation of materials, etc. The main advantage isto stay a long time, good stability, good controllability and so on. This paper applied thespecial retractable mooring device platform to study the key technology, combined with thepractical application of the problem, our approach, and to apply the special retractabledevice as the background, build interactive3D Virtual Application Platform.
