Research On Control System Of Foam Asphalt Generator Based On PLC

As a kind of pavement stabilizer, foamed asphalt has the unique advantage anddevelopment prospect because of its stable material in recycled mixturematerialperformance, economy and environmental protection etc.But the equipment of foamasphalt almost entirely dependent on import. The FB100foam asphalt test machineused in laboratory is designed with relay control mode in the process of preparation offoamed asphalt.It is not convenient to adjust the parameters,and the subsequentadding function is poor. In this paper, the FB-100foam asphalt test machine is used asthe research object, after repeated research summary, a new control system is todeveloped to solve the above problems.:First, the proposed control scheme, determine the control scheme using PLC ascontroller, and verifies it.Secondly, modeling and optimization analysis the influenceof parameters on foam asphalt with neural network. Finally, the core control system,hardware and software design is designed based on PLC.
