Asphalt Mixing Floor Computer Intelligent Control System

This paper gives an analysis to the asphalt producing control system from world wide region,then it put forward a new cascade control method using fuzzy neural network controller.The paper introduces the asphalt production craftwork and designed the hardware configuration of control system,main hardware strcture and functions is introduced.Software development enviroment is windows NT,using Visual C++ 6.0 as the development tool,multiple thread programming.Component Works and Automation Symbols Toolkit are used to design realtime supervise interface.The control program invokes MAI7LAB抯 function to simple the programming work.The paper has a researched on windows?multiple monitors programming.It describes the cacase control system using fuzzy neural network controller,and gives a comparation between traditional PD cascade controller through simulation.
