With the continuous development of higher education, the number of college graduatesin the country every year, increasing employment of college graduates in the form of severeemployment pressure is the consensus of the current status of the community. How toimprove the employment rate of graduates efficient, more convenient messaging employersand graduates? It appears graduate employment management system is an urgent need,graduate employment information management system to improve the efficiency ofinformation management graduates to work in a great extent. Information technologyeducation is the only way for China’s educational development and reform. While relying onthe network environment online information management system of graduate employment isan important part of digital and information technology university building.In order to solve the employment problem better, make the employment work getsmoother, improve the efficiency of the employment work, we developed this employmentinformation management system based on web.On the basis of the project background fromGuangdong vocational and technicalcollege’s employment information network, we developed the information managementsystem of employment, and following, we will discuss in detail about the design andimplementation of this employment information management system based on WEBIn this system, at the front desk, we use JSP as the main development language,and atthe background of this system, we use ORACLE as the database management system.At thesame time, we use MyEclipse as our development environment, B/S architecture as the base,Tomcat as the server, flexible use of JSP technology, AJAX technology and XML technology,through to the JDBC data access, WEB optimization algorithm is adopted to improve thedesign, we developed the B/S structure based on WEB technology of employmentinformation management system.
