In the field of industrial control, human-machine interface is usually customizedfor special equipment, its must improve the costs of the industrial control systemdevelopment and maintenance. Development the open and universal man-machineinterface of industrial control system based on component is the inevitable trend in thefuture man-machine interface design and development to decrease the difficulty ofresearch and development reduce the development costs and the development cycle.In support of the special issue of major national science and Technology("high-nuclear-based" major projects in the domestic software and hardware inNC/industrial control device in the application and promotion), This paper is based on"Loongson" processor of software and hardware platform of CNC system, studiedcomponents and configuration technology related of human-machine interface of CNCsystem, realized the OpenHMI of graphics component library and a visual developmentenvironment.The main content of this paper as follow: based on the Component technology andthe man-machine interface are introduced summarized. first,through the functionanalysis of OpenHMI system, the overall design for OpenHMI system by usingcomponent-based development method. secondly, the design and implementation ofOpenHMI system related to the main components, components and CNC systemcommunication function, and the visualization development environment of OpenHMIsystem, including project management functions, human-machine interface editingfunctions, the create and parse, save and load functions of a configuration file. Finally,Proved by experiment, OpenHMI can achieve the man-machine interface dynamiccustomization and reconfiguration of component; it is important to improve theefficiency of man-machine interface development.
