Design And Implementation Of Network Teaching Platform Based On.NET

With the development of Network technology and communication technology, ithas been a tendency of applying the technology of high and advanced computersoftware, hardware, networking and communications and other informationtechnologies to improve the teaching management and ways of service. To use thenetwork technology opening up new teaching platform and building new teachingmode is not only the need of educational information technology in modernconstruction, but also because of its easy and convenient to use that welcomed by themajority of teachers and students. It will be significant in future education.This thesis gives more attention on current situation of the development ofdomestic and international network teaching platform and some existing problems. Italso detailed analysis of the school network teaching requirements, defined the basicfunctions required to implement of network teaching platform and determine thechoice of the ASP.NET programming language and SQL Server2008database as adevelopment environment, based on Browser/Server mode ASP.NET three layerarchitecture design and implementation of a brand-new teaching platform. Threelayer architecture can effectively improve the development efficiency and the qualityof the code, which will help later maintenance and ensure the stability and scalabilityof the network teaching platform.The network teaching platform consists of three parts for student, teacher andback-stage management. Students can browse the teaching contents, do the after classexercise, join in the online exam. Teachers can release the teaching case，set up theonline exam and forum and so forth. The administrator can achieve the maintenanceand management of the basic data of the whole network teaching platform.After testing, the network teaching platform is able to function properly, andeasy to use, simple operation. It also has good practical value.
