In order to more quickly and better develop vocational education, “Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Innovation Action Plan” issued by the Ministry of Education clearly requires solving the problem that the informationization of secondary vocational education is at low level, establishing/perfecting informationization management, constructing digital campus, reinforcing the construction of cyber-based teaching resource system, etc.. By virtue of the “National Demonstration School of Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Development”, it is significant to fully boost the leap-forward construction of schools, reinforce the construction of digital campuses, improve the informationization level of teaching course, promote teaching management and efficiency and enhance the overall construction of schools. This Thesis, on basis of the actual situation of the teaching operation of Zhejiang M&E Senior Technician School, researches the application of software technology in teaching resource platform; and under the principles of sufficient application and highly sharing teaching resources, this thesis has designed one safe, stable, widely-sharable, convenient and easy teaching resource platform suitable for M&E technician schools, and has brought forward specific realization methods. This system is easy to expand, convenient for maintenance, provides an excellent platform for the management and utilization of the teaching resources of schools and plays a pioneer role in the construction of the digital campus for schools.This thesis, on basis of the actual teaching of M&E technician schools, has surveyed the work of the department of teaching affairs, has fully collected the teaching and learning demands of teachers and students and has listed detailed demand analyses. In accordance with the demand analysis result, this thesis has researched the application of software in teaching and has designed the construction scheme for teaching resource platform. Such construction scheme, with the ASP.NET4.0 technology, Ajax technology and on basis of SQL Server2008 database, can develop a platform with Visual Studio2010 and thus realize the teaching resource platform base on the B/S three-layer architecture. In research, we have obtained certain achievements, including the realization of multiple modules such as teachers’ daily office work, daily teaching, sharing of extractive courses, students’ paperless examination system and so on and have followed the design thought of “high coherence and low coupling” of software engineering so that modules can affect each other and be used independently, partially meeting the digitalization demand of schools on daily work. This research has been conducted according to the methods and principles in relation to software engineering and has systematically and specifically discussed the whole development flow from demand analysis, system analysis, system design, system realization, test, etc..At present, the teaching resource platform has been put into actual use in Zhejiang M&E Senior Technician School; and through systematic test, optimization and perfection, it has been proved fully in line with the requirements of the school. It is proved with practice that, after the teaching resource platform is put into use, it has greatly increased teaching and work efficiency, has mitigated the work burden of the department of teaching affairs; therefore, it has been highly recognized by teachers and students, has established a firm foundation and pointed out the direction for the construction of the digital campus of the M&E technician schools as Series 3 national demonstration schools and even has been qualitatively regarded as the initial form of digital campuses.
