With the prison system reform is successfully completed, the organization ofprison have taken place great changes in the structure, the traditional informationoffice means obviously can`t meet the changing for the needs of office, so introducethe workflow technology can effectively solve a series of problems, such as businessrestructuring, organizational change, cross-organizational collaboration office, then toconstruct a more efficient electronic prison financial system.Workflow is the automation of business processes or computerized as a corebusiness process management technology of workflow management technology,requirement in the whole process stand at the height level to look at the link ofbusiness management process, and carries on comprehensive management andsupport for the actual execution control, business process design、optimization andanalysis etc, so as to solve the current prison office system of business processescuring, bad system expansibility and information isolated island problem.In this paper, take a prison unit of the prison service management system as thebackground, studies the related technologies of J2EE; for the origin and developmentof workflow technology, basic concepts of workflow and about abroad of workflowtechnology is studied, and for the Workflow engine Activiti5and JBPM5technologyare to comparative and analysis, determining Activiti5workflow engine as the coresystem, and the workflow engine is in-depth researched; In terms of businessmodeling, studies the correlation Petri net modeling techniques, and for the typicalprison carried out a detailed business process modeling, at last the model is reasonableanalysis and gives a solution. Finally, according to the needs of prison business, combined with the technologyof Struts2and Spring2box to finish the prison management system implementation.
