Design And Implementation Of Financial Analysis Decision Support System In Agricultural Bank Of China

Chinese commercial banks are faced with challenge of stricter financialmarketization, regulation and competition, with important task of fastening operationmanagement mechanism reform, business transformation and corporate governanceconstruction. It’s urgent to establishscientific and efficient financial decision systembased on financial analysis decision support system（FADS in short）in order toenhance financial management, corporate governance mechanism and corecompetition.Based on knowledge of financial management theory and software engineering，technology reality and implementation method of FADS,this paper elaboratespreliminary design，detailed design，functional design, with background of actualapplication in agricultural bank of China, with principle of unified index criterion andexisting financial analysis function，with mainline of system construction process,.FADS includes function of parameter maintenance， multi-dimension statisticalanalysis，calculating，data mining and batch data manufacturing. It can completeanalysis，evaluation，assessment and information display in perspective of district，organization，“agriculture，rural areas and peasantry”，department，network，product，account manager and customers.FADS mainly uses technology of Sybase Ase, Sybase IQ data base and OLAP,ETL, WEB, especially integrates non-free Cognos software, and realizesmulti-dimension data analysis，data mining and varietal data display. It’s developmentframe uses Java SQL’s technology systems and single data center model, whosereality methods fully use a variety of advanced technology provided by agriculturalbank of Java platform, to ensure stability and extensibility. Bulk data manufacturingwidely uses a large number of SQL script commands, using technology of datacleaning, data transformation, data loading, single-task condition split andconcurrent， process concurrent，which gives full play to the Sybase IQ product massdata processing and compression storage characteristics. Data display uses onlineasynchronous batch processing and download file compression technology.This paper emphasizes technical completion of FADS，strives to establish theapplication platform of financial decision support and promote ability oftransformation accounting data into management information. The system will provide technical methods to establish scientific and efficient financial decisionsystem, and eventually solve problem such as dispersed information，unified datastandard，isolated and incomplete function and key methods deficiency.
