The traditional officeroles are low efficient and insecurity. It is difficult to process information, statistic andanalysis dates, communicate and coordinate with each other. OAS in government agencies orunderstating units, the department of the quality and their office efficiency and improving theaccuracy of scientific or the management level leaders to promote the development ofinformation, plays a prominent role.This paper which studies in the office automation system will significantly increaseinformation sharing, internal coordination and monitoring. And the efficiency of the businessis to build a core element of the financials of information with the office management, publicmanagement, document management and used tools management system management andmaintenance of the realization of the routine office work of the financials of thecomprehensive management, and standardize the procedures, improve management standardsand management of quality and accurate analysis, comprehensive policy to promote theiroffice efficiency.This paper researches the implementation technology based on J2EE lightweight and SIframework by office automation system for Finance。By now, this system has been alreadytested, put into test running, and some deficiencies will be improved continuely.
