The Research Of MIS Museum-oriented Service Based On Smart Phone Platform

People are no longer satisfied with the consumption of the past simply typetourism, focused on leisure enjoyment and deep meaning-based diversifiedrecreational activities, namely cultural tourism. Museum as showcase a national,regional history and culture an important platform for foreign propaganda is animportant window to the ground, and its social function has been increasinglyrecognized. In this case, museums and tourism, especially in combination withcultural tourism has become a new trend.In recent years, China has proposed museums and other cultural venues digitizedstrategic requirements, to adapt to new trends, but the museum tourism managementand information technology combined with aspects of the research is in its infancy,but also failed to form a mature service system model. Therefore, this article featuresin the management of the museum, visitors demand characteristics of the analysisbased on the combination of queuing theory mobile phone application platform builton the basis of a practical museum services management information system.The whole thesis consists of six parts altogether:Part I: Author introduces the historical background, purpose and significance, andgives the main content of this paper and frame structure.Part II: Author has systematically expounded the content associated with thisresearch literaturePart III: The author has analyzed and researched the characteristics of museumtours and influencing factors, summed up the demand of museum consumer andproposed MIS based on mobile intelligent terminal information management systemapplications, ranging from smart phone applications, described the process of buildingsystem from two aspects, smart phone applications and system architecture. All ofresearch above is the foundation for the establishment of model.Part IV: This paper established the model of MIS about museum travel servicebased on queuing based on queuing theory, made a detailed introduction aboutqueuing system. The author proposed optimal design of desk according the real dataand a complete design of MIS about museum service. Part V: Empirical research, Tianjin Samaranch Memorial is as the researchobject of this article, author built a model of stadiums service based on queuing theory,and designed a MIS of this stadiums in conjunction with the model.Part VI: It is the summaries of the whole thesis.The innovation points of this thesis are as follows.1. In previous studies, the author proposed model based on mobile applicationsand MIS museum-oriented.2. Queuing theory is first applied to the service of museum-style venues, and theauthor proposed a optimal program.3. MIS museum-oriented service is first constructed and used in venues.
