The rapid development of network technology has led to the rapid replacement of electronic products, and has also led to a surge in the amount of electronic waste, and the problem of reprocessing of electronic products has become increasingly serious.Research on the recycling of electronics(especially used mobile phones)has become increasingly abundant, but less research has been done on the reprocessing stage. At present,Apple has established a complete recycling system, but other mobile phone manufacturers do not yet have a complete and regular recycling and reprocessing system. Therefore, how to properly handle electronic waste and achieve efficient operation of the electronic product reprocessing system has become a important topic. The process of reprocessing used mobile phones is a process of queuing used mobile phones to receive services. The Apple mobile phone queuing system and the Android mobile phone queuing system can be regarded as the subsystems of dismantling services,so the economic and environmental benefits of this process can be based on the queuing theory.Carry out calculations, construct a comprehensive benefit model of the system, and study its optimization problems. This article aims to explore the pricing strategies and resource allocation issues when the comprehensive benefits of the used mobile phone reprocessing system are greatest.First of all, based on the queuing theory, the economic benefits of waste cell phone processing are studied.A mathematical model of cost, pricing, service rate and other parameters is constructed for the general processing system(Android phone)and the special processing system(Apple phone).Matlab software programs and solves the resource allocation and pricing when the system's economic benefits are greatest.Secondly, the variables of green innovation technology achievement conversion rate and carbon tax are introduced to construct the environmental benefit model, and the marginal analysis method is used to analyze the resource allocation problem when the impact on the environment is minimal. Finally,a mathematical model of the comprehensive benefits of the system is constructed, and the optimal resource allocation and optimal pricing are solved using Matlab software. The influence of various parameters on the comprehensive benefits of the system is analyzed, and relevant suggestions are made for the enterprise. The study found that the resource allocation of the electronic product reprocessing system has a great impact on the system profit, and the pricing has no direct relationship with the system profit;the total profit of the reprocessing system depends on the number of general processing subsystem service units and the number of dedicated processing subsystem service units.Proportion;pricing is not as high as possible, but there is an optimal pricing;reduction of reprocessing costs can improve the overall benefits of the system, and the general processing subsystem's promotion effect is particularly obvious;the improvement of reprocessing technology can improve the system The comprehensive benefits of the green technology of the special processing system are obvious in the early stage, and the green technology of the general processing system is obvious in the middle and late stages. The waiting queue emission reduction technology has a positive impact on the overall benefits. Its role is more obvious;carbon tax has a negative impact on the overall benefits of the system, but it will not affect the optimal resource allocation of the system. In addition, the resource allocation scheme that considers comprehensive benefits is different from that that only considers economic benefits, revealing the dilemma of the enterprise in balancing economic and environmental processes. On the one hand,it enriches the related research on electronic product reverse logistics and green supply chain. On the other hand,it seeks the pricing strategy under the optimal resource allocation through the construction of a comprehensive benefit model, which can also be used as a reference for business decisions.
