According to the current land resource management informationization developmentpresent situation and actual needs of the land management department, put forward the landpre-trial management information system based on GIS, the design and implementation of inaccordance with the design requirements of the system, put forward the definition of systemanalysis, system, the feasibility of the system demand analysis, system analysis, systemoverall design, system function of the detailed design, database design, systemimplementation of supporting technology and system development and operation of thesoftware and hardware environment of the land pre-trial management information systemdesign process in detail.The feasibility analysis for the system in the technical, economic andsocial benefits, and analysis on the feasibility study;Systems involved in the design of theoverall target, basic principle, overall structure, model, the overall function structure designcontent and so on;Design of the information management system of the land pre-trial eightdetailed function, namely data add and printing function, layer control and map browsing,map symbolization of operation, graphics edit, spatial analysis, spatial data management, landpre-trial and setting up the system interface;In the design of the database using objectrelational database to manage the land pre-trial database, in the land pre-trial databaseseamlessly to land the space data and attribute data of the land integration, realize theintegration of the two kinds of data in pre-trial database.In addition, the object-oriented modelof the development of geographic information system technology and component technologyapplied to the development of the system, the object-oriented system analysis and designmethod used in analysis and design of the system, enhance the practicability of the systemsoftware developed, to make system design more standardized, to improve the portability andreliability of the system greatly, improve the efficiency of system development, reduces thecost of development, for the land administration department of the land pre-trial business toprovide decision support information.The design and development of geographic informationsystem development tool for technical support, adopt the method of secondary developmentin ArcGIS, namely the Visual c++as a development of the front-end ArcObjects components based on ArcGIS software, completed the land pre-trial management informationsystem development work.
