| In response to the need of energy conservation for the modern society and for thereason that multi relatively independent power supply circuit was still used in the industrialpark lighting, Intelligent Lighting Control System based on CAN Bus for Industrial Areawas designed.Firstly, taking the Microcontroller STC89C51, CAN controller SJA1000, CANtransceiver PCA82C250as the core of the system,the data acquisition module, actuatormodule and CAN bus interface circuit were completed. The data acquisition moduleincludes TSL230B illumination acquisition module, HN911infrared acquisition module andkey circuit module, Actuator module is composed of JGC-4F relay switch circuit and PWMdimming circuit and The interface circuit includes89C51, CAN controller and the interfacebetween PC and CAN adapter. Secondly, the software of the system was designed bymodular programming, which includes the key software, site actuator software ofcommunication between CAN bus and PC. Finally, by using the Access databases andVisual Basic language, the intelligent lighting control system and upper management systemand the data exchange between upper management and the site node were designed, whicheasily meets the requirements of the control system.The system is not only able to meet the lighting requirements of modern industrialpark,such as downtown lighting, office lighting, public areas lighting,but also can makethe management more humanized which avoids the waste of electricity and humanresources. In addition, it also overcomes the problem that the traditional lighting systemsrely much on the personal ability too much, control is relatively fragmented and unable toeffectively managed. |
