Research And Design For Building Management System And It’s Integration

Under the background of the equipment management system in the Mountain TaiConference and Exhibition Center project, this article make an deep research on the controlmode and control logic of different equipment especially the central air conditioner. It alsodesigns the equipment management system and its integration of Mountain Tai Conferenceand Exhibition Center.The main research contents in this article are as follows:According to the control characteristics of different equipments in building, divide andconstruct the subsystem in building management system. Based on the implementation ofevery subsystem, design overall frame in the building management integrated system.2) Make a deep research on the application of field bus technology in the field ofbuilding.3) Analyze the operation principle and design the control logic of main equipment in thebuilding4) Make a research and design the integration technology of building managementsystemThis article includes six chapters.Chapter I Introduction. Include the concept and development of building managementsystem, research engineering background, research status and key technology issues and themain content of this paper.Chapter II Design the architecture of building management system. Based on makingresearch on the requirements of control function in building equipment, the subsystems aredivided by different equipments’ characteristics. Makes research on the basic frame ofbuilding management integrated system.Chapter III Make research on the field bus technology in the field of buildingmanagement system. Detail the BACnet protocol which is the most promising technology inbuilding management field and the application of BACnet protocol in Mountain Taiconference and exhibition center intelligent project. Detail the specific control design ofcentral air conditioner, water supply and drainage equipment, air supply and exhaustequipment etc. Design the frame of control system and the content of hardware and softwareconfiguration.Chapter IV Design the building management system integrated. Detail various selections of integration mode and technology in intelligent building; design the integrated designcontent in Mountain Tai Conference and Exhibition Center project for specific.Chapter V Conclusion. Summarize the design of control logic, architecture andintegration in building management system and give an outlook to the development ofbuilding management system.
