Temperature and humidity control is widely used in many fields.Although the traditional PID control method is widely used in temperature and humidity control system,it is difficult to obtain better control quality and higher control accuracy.With the continuous innovation and breakthrough of computer technology,automatic control has also gained a good prospect.In addition to the traditional PID control method,some intelligent control methods are also applied to temperature and humidity control,such as neural network control.In the industrial field,temperature and humidity control is particularly important.Especially in some factories,the stability of air conditioning is getting higher and higher,and the air conditioning system is more complex,so the traditional manual control system can not achieve better results.In order to ensure the quality of products and the working environment of factory workers,and achieve the effect of energy saving,the tem,per.ature and humidity of workshop must be controlled in an accurate range.In view of this,this paper will develop a plant temperature and humidity control analysis system.The system is based on the automatic adjustment technology of air conditioning control system in factory buildings.The limitation of air conditioning control system is solved by the introduction of PLC technology.On this basis,the basic principle of the air conditioning control system and the corresponding adjustment scheme are introduced.The overall control objectives and design schemes of the system are determined.The corresponding control schemes are formulated according to the analysis of control objectives and requirements,and the corresponding control flow charts are drawn.The implementation of the scheme follows the hardware design of the system,including the brief introduction of PLC,the choice of CPU,the control flow of PLC,etc.The software design includes the programming of temperature and humidity controller,the calculation of enthalpy and the selection of control parameters,and records the data of the system operation.Finally,energy-saving analysis and economic analysis are carried out for the operation effect of the system.The analysis shows that the system development plan is successful,and it has great advantages in construction investment and operation energy consumption,which is worthy of promotion and application.
