The Research Of Manufacturing Enterprise Energy Management System Based On BACnet Protocol

Through the construction of EMS in Motorola Tianjin Base,we try to make the energy source of Enterprise be used scientific and sound,to reduce the maintenance cost of the equipments,to reduce the management and production cost, so that we can achieve the purpose of farthest saving energy and offering some energy saving samples to other enterprises.To find out the energy situation and energy management status,we have investigated and researched Motorola Tianjin Base.Through the ananysis of survey data,we obtained the energy structure,energy status,energy metering,management situation,the subsystem problems and energy saving potential,etc.,then gived the corresponding conclusions and recommendations.Aftewards,according to the research informaiton and actual requirements,we made a comprehensive analysis of the EMS functions.Combining the characteristics of the BACnet,we designed the overall network architecture,then deepened the design.Finally,we designed the system software platform,which focused on the measurement,statistics and analysis of energy consumption data,and Strengthened the monitoring and controlling functions of each subsystem.We successfully applied the energy sub-metering technology which is now widely used in large public buildings to enterprise energy management.The system has entered a formal operation,and has achieved good effects.
