With the development of mobile phones, tablet and other mobile devices,cross-platform mobile application development has become an important direction ofdevelopment of the mobile field, Android, iOS, WP are current major mobileoperating systems. Cross-platform mobile application development make multiplemobile platforms share a code, which can effectively reduce development andmaintenance costs. In addition, the screen resolution of the domestic mobile devicesmore dispersed, the screen adaptation layout also opens up new research directions. Inrecent years, the hospital has also accelerated the pace of information technology,Mobile Nursing Workstation with Hospital Information System(HIS) as the supportplatform, not only improve the efficiency of health care, but also to the lives ofpatients get better protection.This paper describes my main work from three aspects: first, paper proposed asolution to adaptive screen, second, design and implement the cross-platformmobile nursing system, third, the cross-platform mobile nursing systems weredeployed on Android, iOS and Windows Phone8.0operating system, showing itscross-platform and the adaptability of screen.Paper through a detailed analysis of the mobile nursing system needs, design andimplementation of the mobile nursing system with the use of software engineeringmethods, let the reader more clearly understand the current technology oncross-mobile platform and how to use related technology to implement the system.The mobile nursing system is based on IBM Worklight platform, and it use jQueryMobile framework, Backbone library and other related technology to development. Inaddition, the mobile nursing system also implements adaptive screen layout model, it can play a certain role for future studies on the layout of the screen adaptation.
