Design And Implementation Of Integrated Security Platform For Digital Prison

It is learned that currently most of the prison has established the security systemsuch as the matrix monitoring system, the access control system, the mechanical locksystems, the infrared or tensile fence system and so on. But each of the securitytechnology systems works alone, there has no effective integration among differentsystems, which makes the prison security management restricted to the use ofindependent systems. Jail needs a comprehensive security platform with stabletechnology, reliable information, rapid response which makes the prison safetymanagement mode adapt to the work flow software platform., and we can realize theintegration of intelligent data analysis and the other prison business systemorganically through the system platform.In order to achieve such a comprehensive security platform, based on the need ofa prison in Guangdong Province, this article designed and implemented a set ofintegrated digital prison security platform which has realized centralized managementand supervision among the video surveillance system, the intercom monitoring system,the infrared warning system, access control system and prison managementinformation system. I used Spring MVC and JPA technology in the modules of prisoninformation management. To realize data exchange and control between platform andaccess control equipment, I adopts JDBC technology. Based on the use of the TCP/IPprotocol,i realized the acquisition of alarm message from the infrared alarm device.Using the FreeMarker and Javascript technology I realize the integrated call ofplatform and video surveillance equipment.And aiming at the defects that differenttechnology systems works alone, i build a intelligent linkage between equipmentthrough the realization of algorithm design of linkage mechanism.The platform realize the prison security three-dimensional integrated management through the organic combination of the prison business system, expand the scope ofapplication independent security software system and tap its potential applicationvalue, enhance the prison security prevention and control capacity and emergencycommand ability, improve the prison safety overall management level, workefficiency and the technology system’s application value, effectively reduce thepolicemen’s working pressure, and simultaneously for the construction of digitalprison to lay a good foundation.
