| Video surveillance in network environments, based on the standard TCP/IP Protocol, can be used with other security systems seamless integration such as: fingerprint device, Sentinel units, four-colour sound and light alarm system and so on), and the management information systems. This comprehensive integration system can make originally independent subsystems work together effectively, help defense personnel and efficient on task. The project "police service video surveillance platform" should be the really needs of a squadron of armed police force development, in combination with the squadron has been on the basis of security equipment, video surveillance software developed a set of armed police on duty. This system has realized the unified management of each security subsystem and device parameters configuration, alarm linkage, and intelligent intrusion detection, and other functions, to improve efficiency and guarantee the armed police personnel on duty.This paper mainly introduces the armed police service monitoring platform for implementation of requirements analysis and design, key features, and the related technologies involved in this development a simple explanation and theory. Meanwhile, intelligent detection in moving object has done intensive research on the traditional background modeling method is improved. There are several innovations in this study as follows:(1) Analysis of video surveillance technology works, considering the requirements of armed forces information system and proposes use of intelligent video surveillance technology, police service linked video monitor and control system design.(2) In aspects of the smart video surveillance, considering from the real-time performance and robustness respectively for the moving target detection algorithm of background modeling and object shadow detection two aspects related research, finite difference method is presented based on the frame to a mixture of gaussian background model, a combination of YUV color space and texture shadow detection, after the test, the proposed method is compared with the traditional method to improve the response speed of system target, enhance the stability of the system, and the time to fight for the armed police to deal with emergencies have played an important role in early warning.In short, the design of the video surveillance platform has been put into use to meet Wu Jing an ongoing service requirements. |
