Production safety always plays an important role in developing an enterprise. With improved security technologies, a growing number of enterprises intensify protection of their safe production by introduction of a variety of techniques, namely camera surveillance, access control, prevention of theft, and fire alarm system etc. On the other hand, in line with the rapid development of computers, telecommunication, and control and multimedia technologies as well as against the backdrop of development of digitized security systems, internet, and artificial intelligence, the security software as a key constituent of the security system demonstrates its importance attracting a growing attention from the clients, and also achieves significant development alone. However, different factories currently provide various kinds of security devices with independence of their respective operating software, variances of their applications, and differences of their tech protocol standards, which not merely affect the efficiency of the security and surveillance work but also restrain the development of integrated application of those technologies.To cope with the actual needs and application purposes, the intelligent security service platform focuses on its strategic purpose to promote security through technologies as well as its guiding notion to ensure public security by utilization of integrated platform technologies to create a most domestically-advanced intelligent security information platform/system through safe management of central nervous system, coordination center, and integrated surveillance. The system comprises the design of operating interface, systematic functions, database, and encryption, further categorized into three layers of systemic structure of control center, sub-control center, and head-end equipment. Meanwhile, the system analyzes their designs by adoption of the uniformed modeling language, NET development platform, and SQLSERVER database theory and technology. Visual intelligent analysis technology, systematic integration technology, and cell phone VOD are adopted to realize centralized visual surveillance, AI video analysis, and other functions.The AI security service platform stands open and applicable to information-based platforms adopted by different professional security systems, which realizes the security performance and complete network-based surveillance by integrating the existent systems of video, access control, fire alarm, auto vehicles, energy consumption, G3cell phone video, theft prevention as well as serves the purpose of systematic construction of all-around security surveillance on intelligent and comprehensive basis when the system is online.Completion of the first and second phases of the current system realizes effective development and application of video, access control, fire alarm, auto vehicles, visual intelligent analysis, alarm switch, service quality, G3cell phone video, and bus duct temperature. On the other hand, the system allows easy duplication and has an advantageous promotion landscape where its technologies of energy consumption are applied to any production sites, GPS adopted by companies in all cities and provinces, G3cell phone platform favored by companies in all cities and provinces, and even extending to government bodies, power sectors, banks, and miners.This article first introduce the significance and development outlook of the security information-based platform; second the concept, structure, function, characteristic and development trend of the platform development, especially UML and. NET technology; third the analysis of needs for the platform with further presentation; fourth the overall designing plan that includes the systematic structure, group network, database design; fifth the system function module design, and emphatically introduce the core module designs of intelligent video analysis and integrated alarm management; finally the system function module application effect, and present the core value of the system through the economic and social analys.
