The digital image technology’s maturity, impels the image supervisory system to develop fast, this regarding the safeguard national security, the social stability had the important meaning, the video frequency supervisory system already the widespread application in each domain. Along with the video frequency monitoring technology in the frontier control’s application, how to design on the initiative surveillance border line movement goal which can real-time, continue, and could carry on practical to the image sequence the analysis, the understanding and the management high intellectualization supervisory system already became the border defense information construction the key.What present paper main research is the frontier defence informatization system safety and the intelligent monitoring function. The paper had first understood the present long-distance video frequency supervisory system’s development survey and the development direction, have analyzed video image gathering, the target identification track and the video frequency code correlation technique. In view of actual needs of the border defense information construction, the demand analysis and the system design to the supervisory system are carried. Guarantee system’s application, can satisfy Frontier force’s actual need, raises the operational performing duties efficiency, the acceleration Frontier force’s to the border management digitization, the information advancement. According to the demand analysis, this article has mainly done the following several work:First, the front end the infrared security warning subsystem is designed. Using this subsystem can remarkable enhance the video frequency supervisory system hardware equipment’s security, this system use monolithic integrated circuit control infrared sensor realizes the warning function, simple practical, multi-channel sensor’s designs, cuts the system rate of false alarm enormously.Secondly, the video monitoring system to the movement goal examination and the track is designed, the use image threshold value divides the law, the connected domain algorithm design movement object detection procedure. The goal track divides into two parts on realization: A part the controlling system to the pictorial information which gains through the camera carries on by DSP analyzes and processes. Another part is the DSP controlling system completes processing after the data, operates camera’s movement. This system’s target tracking equipment to rape the camera, through to the actuation which rapes controls camera’s movement. Rapes as the track guidance equipment, the record object position coordinate, and through with the DSP between data line, the data transfer for the DSP controlling system, DSP transforms again these data through the RS232/RS485standard rapes the data pattern which the driver may distinguish, rapes through the serial port control according to the stipulation direction and the speed movement.Finally, the design has realized the backstage management system management system, the convenient attendant to monitors the material the management, the memory, the transfer. The system take realizes the function as a goal, forms the simplicity of operator, the goal direct-viewing user-friendly contact surface.
