The Design Of Multi-network Case Collaboration System Based On SOA Technology

With the gradual expansion of electronic construction in political affairs, theapplication of multi-sectional collaboration for law enforcement authorities has beenput forward new demands. To solve the problem of “information islands”, it isnecessary to implement multi-sectional or multi-departmental share of informationdata for law enforcement authorities, provided meeting the requirements ofinformation security. According to these requirements, the essay will demonstratehow collaboration systems of multi-network case based on SOA can be designed andrealized with the demand of security isolation.In this essay, a relatively deep study is carried out in key technologies such asSOA, ESB, XML, Message queues, BPM process engines. Through requirementanalysis and functional designs, the overall solution is brought forward and dividedinto three subsystems, named center case collaboration, file transfer and front-endapplication subsystem. On the technological level, BPM flow and JMS messageengines are integrated for control of case collaboration in the light of SOA. Also,XML, as an information carrier of flow and process, are used to design file transfersystems based on MQ. Moreover, isolating internet brake could meet the accesssecurity for data and files of multi-network. Finally, file package technologyguarantee and stabilize multi-paper attachment and large file transfer. In this scheme,the coupling between the subsystems has been reduced by the interface design(internal interface, bridge interfaces, service data exchange interface) and the systemcan deploy flexible implementation. Through building development test environmentand simulating the actual business application, online business case, file transfer aswell as the stability and reliability of the collaborative system are tested and verified.
