This thesis specifies the procession of realizing the CAI system of JZ-7 air brake under Windows Operation System.First,AutoCAD is adopted to draw the two-dimension graph of JZ-7. By analyzing the format of dxf graph file,we finished the reading and drawing interface of DXF file date information in Visual C++. Because the Dynamic Linking Library has many good features,including easy debugging,using function of DLL without knowing the detailed working mode etc,we build the graphic interface into DLL. Combing the basic computer graphic theory and drawing classes provided by MFC,we complete the graphic drawing and real-time operation. At the same time,we finish the function of choosing valve and showing the procession of its three-dimension animation procedure on a specified position.Next,combining the object-oriented method with the JZ-7 brake theory,we complete object analysis and design of the brake. Because the object-oriented method simulate the world from internal structure of objects,its developing procession fit the system practicality need better.Last,we use the Windows and Visual C++ MFC to program. Design the needed date structure and arithmetic with classes function provide by MFC. User can control the program easily through the standard graphic interface of Windows. Simulating every working position of brake can make users understand the brake system better. The CAI system functions well under Windows operating system.
