With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,electronic health records as carrier of storage, analysis and management of medical and healthdata,bring convenience to people, health diagnosis and treatment.However, at the same time,it also faces a potential safety hazard hacking, computer viruses,causing the data to bemalicious tampering, theft of personal privacy, clinical datadestruction.The only access to safestate health records system is that using scientific methods and models for objective,effective,reasonable and comprehensive safety evaluation and analysis,and then grasp the overall safetycondition of health records, so that we can take targeted measures, and gradually buildinformation security management system.This paper discusses the security status, security evaluation, assessment and informationsecurity of electronic health records (Electronic Health Records,referred to as EHR), basedon the introduction of the analytic hierarchy process,introduces the comprehensive evaluationmethod based on combined weights,and then give the steps and process of health recordssystem information security evaluation.This paper designs an assessment model of safety andhealth records system hierarchy based on combined weights, through the feasibility analysisof the model, a design based on safety and health file system hierarchycombination weights ofthe evaluation index system, the system includes physical security, data security, runningsecurity, personnel security index of four one class and a plurality of two level indicators asthe impact of electronic health records network information safety factor. This paper analysesthe establishment of principle and calculation method of index weight health file systemsecurity evaluation, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of healthrecords system security evaluation index and the combination ofinformation entropy method,the AHP subjective weight and objective weight byinformation entropy method can beobtained by linear combination, thus the comprehensive evaluation model is established.Combined with the analysis of complete example of a hospital residents electronic healthrecords network, steps and process further describes the use of the assessment model of healthrecords system safety assessment, the assessment model function was evaluated, based on thesafety status of health Records system for the hospital, thinking and taking correspondingstrategies to ensure the information security in the hospital electronic health records.
