The Research And Implementation Of Public Security Information Sumitted System

With the rapid development of our national economy, the production and construction activities in various industries are becoming more and more complex, and the requirements in the accuracy and real-time of the information is becoming higher and higher. There is a need for our government to access to the necessary informationin time such as the epidemics, unexpected natural disasters and so on, in order to carry out contingency plans and reduce the loss. At the same time, companies need to keep abreast of the information about social environment, weather, transportation, safety condition around the investment item, in which way we can make proper decisions in time. Therefore, the transmission speed of the information has become one of the important standards to measure the modernization of a country or a company. The development and widely use of the information technology, represented by the Internet, make the information to be collected, transmitted, processedmuch faster and more accurately. The message report system is a subsystem to realize the target.Theconstruction of the system relates to different fields of companies and departments.Each of them needs to report the related information in time tohigher authorities to make the information collected, chose, integrated and published. With the traditional office methods, every workisdone by people, which bringsa heavy and cumbersome workload and low speed information transmission.What is more, it has been unable to meet the needs of the modern office.The system is an extension of the traditional way dealing with the information, and aims to let the office staffs make full use of the computer and network technology, in which way to realize the automation of information transmission, improve the efficiency and quality, and reduce the cost of work.To meet the requirements of "Golden shield"ofthe Ministry of Public Security, this article analyzes the construction background and status reported by sub-units. While, based on the condition of subsystem reported by Public Security Bureau image information integrated application platform, the article analyzes the constructionstatus of the report system of Public security industry and the main technologies.lt also analyzes and designs the requirements of the system, researches the mainstream technologies, and illustrates the detailed design of the system to ensure the construction of the system.
