Focus on the ideal goal of socialist harmonious society and the basic principle of "running the country according to law", this paper reveals the massages that the "public security video image information system" had bring us in our range of vision for Administrative jurisprudence. This dissertation is composed of more than 30,000 words and divided into four sections as follow:Section ONE: the basic theories. It defines the basic issues of the "public security video image information system", including the main targets, scope and characteristics. We have accessed a fresh "time of monitor."Section TWO: the empirical research for the function of "public security video image information system" in Chengdu. This section including the research result, which about the attitude of citizens for "public security video image information system", as well as the functions.Section Three: legitimacy and its crisis. The foundation of legitimacy consists of potency and procedure.
