Computer Aided Design (CAD) plays an important role in product innovation,performance improvement, and cost reduction in the manufacturing industry. TheCAD technology has been used in the textile industry for many years, At present,researches have shown that the yarns may deform all kinds of shapes and deviate.Based on the research of plain, twill and jointly organized, found that the yarnin the woven fabric Generated deformation and displacement by various reasons, sothat Peirce model is no longer applicable to the geometry of woven fabrics. This paperfocus on Peirce’s model and employs the combination of trigonometric functions andlines to stimulate the flexing state of yarns, and stimulate cross-section function withcircular and ellipse to different yarns influenced by forces, which increases theefficiency.The fabric weaves the organization points the expression of two-dimensionalarray, corresponding to different floating section of the yarn by the differentorganizations point, in accordance with the trigonometric fitting connection, the twoorganizations between adjacent yarns divided into two parts, determine the conditionsto take a different drawing. Finally finished some common fabric weaves ofthree-simulation. The final simulation results contained the model rotate, move, zoom,and the scene image effect can increase the light environment to achieve a positiveoverall local and side view.In order to affirm the rationality, this paper utilizes the combination oftrigonometric function and line segment to display the interlacing state and weft infabric, as well as the effects of diverse geometry parameters on the fabric outlookthrough the 3D-simulation of fabric appearance. To be frankly, this model exist someinsufficiency, such as the ignorance of tensile force influence on the fabricoutlook, such as fabric parameters modular, failed to offset the accuracy of theactual validation and the influence on the range of flexion affected by the yarn quality,but it will be consummated with the process of research.
