In an early stage there are many universities were independently development or cooperative development with manufacturers to develop a textile CAD system and put it into teaching and commercial use.Students major in textile in our university havn’t development a general function textile CAD system yet.Through the data provided by this paper it can be expounded as an example in related courses to students.As secondary development successors can rich the system,to provide a better teaching aid software for our faculty.In addition to basal fabric weave simulation and simple dyed yarn arrangement,the paper also studied the simulation of yarn.Through the establishment of yarn gray gradient and twist processing model to make the yarn have a sense of reality looks.In particular,yarn display size was adjusted so that it will not be different for different display resolution change its present size.Used mean filter,plus noise,diffusion method of image processing techniques made the design of the yarn is more realistic.By adding random function make it have randomly generated bamboo joints,in the case of do not use fancy yarns,make that ordinary dyed yarn permutation simulation of fabric have slubby yarn fabric appearance characteristics.The software chosen Visual Basics 6.0 as the programming language and it has simple, friendly interface,easy to use features.
