| As the train’s speed has been continuously improving, the safety of railway has becomevery serious. The working security control of the domestic railway in the operating site hasbeen mainly about artificial communication and institutional constraints, monitoringtechnology and management tools are relatively scarce. Therefore, taking appropriatetechnical means is of great significance, for mastering accurate construction sectioninformation timely, controlling field operation effectively and ensuring the working and trafficsafety. As a result, we have developed the railway working security control system.The system can implement real-time monitoring of all operating points and ensure thesafety and smooth of the whole railway operation. Once any point of the monitoring systemhas malfunction, constructors are strictly prohibited on the road and it should report relatedprotection information to the monitoring center. The successful development of the systemplays an important role in reducing the accident rate of the working and improving transportefficiency in the basis of ensuring traffic safety. In accordance with the special environment ofthe project construction, the working security controlling system combines with the existingmature technology, and adopts wireless voice-digital transmission, GPRS,GPS and GIS asrelated techniques, specially develops the security monitoring system with long-range earlywarning, background monitoring and centralized scheduling for railway maintenance work.This system can be divided into three packages of monitoring client, communication serverand terminal interaction program according to different functions. Each package realizes thereal-time communication and feedback of information through wireless and wired channels,and further achieve the various functions of the working control system of railway works.Several modules of the whole system combine with GPS, GPRS and other wirelesscommunication technologies, not only greatly improve the railway transport safety, efficiency,and also to improve the quality of service and transport management level, and therefore hasbroad application prospects. This paper mainly carries out the following research contents and work:Firstly,the system development background and significance will be introduced. Then areview of related key technology of the system development process will be stated.Secondly, the overall design and detailed design of the system is according to thefunction requirement analysis, this paper expounds respectively the client system, thescheduling module and the design and implement of database under the overall framework.Finally, the overall test and unit test of the system verify each function of it, thus thestability and the efficiency are tested and analyzed.At present, the working control system has been tried in the Hailaer work section ofHarbin Railway Bureau, and it has achieved good practical results in the aspects of detectionteam operation, maintenance and safety protection control of construction. This system couldfurther improve the efficiency of rail operation on the basis of guaranteeing the operationalsafety. |
