This thesis elaborated the design and development of the information system of thereal-time status of the train in detail. The purpose of the system is to give support to therailroad conductors to do conductor work and help conductors get the real-time status of train,carry out a modernization of the conduct work, and ensure the railroad safety andhigh-efficiency service.The thesis performs a design of system based on the analysis of the nees, and givesolutions to the difficulties in the design prosses. The system combines train supervisiondevices, locomotive safety real-time equipment information and locomotive safe informationcomprehensive inspection device. It builds an united platform to carry a data to collecttransmission terrace and rely on current wired, wireless communication network, andestablishes mutual communication between wireless equipment and fixedly equipment on thecar to earth, earth to car information transmission system.Through the wireless channel, thesystem will send the status information of train to the ground stations, and through wirednetwork in the ground, the system deliver the information to all levels of conductors andadministrations and give them real-time and accurate real-time condition of train, and givefirm of conductor basis for transport organization and locomotive management. The systemcan make direct communications between train drivers under the urgent condition, and canhelp drivers manipulate the locomotive under the urgent circumstance, and providetransmission gateway for the locomotive long range status diagnosis and data support for thelocomotive inspection and repair.The thesis systematically analyzed the process of traffic conducting and locomotive conducting, and summed up the need of a software function and network, put forward systemstructure design solution. The solution divides the line the whole system into threesections:the on-board sub-system, on-board and off-board transfering sub-system, andoff-board synthesis application sub-system. For each sub-system, the thesis provided thedetailed design, made researchers easeier to concentrate on solving technical hardpoints;The thesis made detailed analysis on the system’s information resources, and divided theinformation into several catagories, and adopt a different storage and deliver strategy on eachkind of information. This method can not only save storage resources and time, but alsoinsure an important information can be accurately send back to the ground station in time. Thethesis also aimed at the huge amount of information to be send into database and introducedthe concept of parallel processing. A main progress is responsible of reading data from theMQ queue, carrying on simple legitimacy and usefulness analyze, and then, severalsub-process are responsible for storing data into database. This method can enhance theefficiency of data processing and storing;Earlier analysis discovered that GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) transmission cancause a problem that the data package delivered later probably arrived first. To solve thisproblem and avoid the locomotive from inverted-moving, the thesis gaved a solution of usinga inner on-line locomotive list. First generate an on-line locomotive list, and then performreal-time logical judgement and operation. Furthermore, by adjusting the program parameterand recording the performance data, and optimizing the data processing system.A lot of system test proved that the method given in this thesis can efficiently solve thereal-time process problem and the GPRS transmission problem. and enhance the rail trafficconducting and locomotive management.
