The Study Of Improvement Of Public Library Information Services For SMEs

Public library information services for Small and Medium Enterprises（SMEs）, has notonly the traditional information services, but also the network technical support servicemodels. Since their own conditions and environmental impacts, as a special type of businessin the competitive market environment, Small and Medium Enterprises have different demandcharacteristics and needs of obstacles in the accessing to information. This article through thesurvey analysis of enterprise information services on a specific area of public libraries andSME users information needs on the basis of the investigation and analysis of problems andopportunities for the public library business information services, combined with the lowercharacteristics and difficulties of the enterprise information needs of library informationservices for Small and Medium Enterprises content improvements. The thesis designsquestionnaire respectively from the information awareness of Small and Medium Enterprisesusers, enterprise information security and information needs then sums up features andobstacles about the SMEs access to information. The suggestions that public libraries improvelibrary business information services are put forward from three aspects of the construction ofinformation resources, information services, methods and information services strategy. Atlast, it is clarified that the library information services for Small and Medium Enterprises hasa promising future, it is the driving force to promote regional economic development and thenecessary way for library development.
