The Analysis And Design For Human Resource Management System

The Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone is one of the three new towns mainly developed by the Beijing government, and it’s also the main drive of the development of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city industry. After more than ten years development, the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone already became the center of high-tech industries and modernized manufacture in Beijing. The main representative industries in the Zone includes biotechnology and new medicine, automobile and equipment, etc. In this respect, people with rich working experience, strong research skill and senior management experience is in high demand by the companies located in the Zone, and such demand is increasing year by year.After analyzing the online recruitment system in terms of website construction, market share, category, and also the existing recruitment websites’common characteristics and problems, similarities and differences, upgrading and developing trends, I summarized several solutions given the demands of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, including the role of online recruitment systems division, the role of each business process. Based on the demand analysis, I also described the system design, including overall design, database design, etc. The design techniques adopted is ASP.Net.Through this system development, my understanding of the website development getting enhanced, meanwhile, I acquired practical experience of visual object-oriented graphical interface development tool for database application.
