Sports dance dance is the combination of sport and art performance, is a systemic recreational sport, physiology, psychology, value, also has the fitness value, ornamental value and social value. Dance sport was introduced to our country in the late 1980 s, due to the late start, for time is short, the lack of necessary theoretical guidance and practical experience, thus the overall level is low. The role of sports dance in sports gradually paid great attention by the national education department, national sports dance in 2000 on the national Olympic sports games, some provinces and cities have been listed as provincial games it’s games. Along with our country the rapid development of the cause of higher education and sports dance, social demand for sports dance talents types increase gradually, professional direction set also began to increase accordingly. In our country, sports dance of henan province has developed rapidly, with the vast number of fans and players, for the first time in 2008 in henan province sports dance as a category of common the university entrance exam art exam, and but in the aspect of talent cultivation because of a lack of theoretical exploration and practice of summary, directly affect the sports dance in the opening and development of some universities of henan province.Research task of this article is: the comprehensive understanding of the direction of the sports dance course in universities and colleges in henan province development present situation, and through to the universities of professional art of microscopic observation, found that although these specialty in the dance, performance specialty, choreographer, different forms of existence, but their common ground is training to adapt to the social needs of sports dance talents as the goal, to strengthen the sports dance talent cultivation system, for our country to cultivate more sports dance teaching, the performance, the director of talent. However, carried out in colleges and universities in new project to develop in the direction of professional sports dance, in a few short years, the existing curriculum design still exist many problems, and its execution effect is influenced by many objective conditions.Through using the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire and logic analysis and other qualitative research methods to wake analysis results, the conclusion is as follows:1.In the colleges and universities in our country, in the direction of the sports dance to cultivate professional art mainly divides into the dance professional, perform professional, choreographer professional three categories.2.Each college professional art direction of sports dance curriculum structure is divided into required course and restricted elective courses, elective courses, practice four modules; Total credits, required courses for credit demand is consistent, credits the gap ratio reflects the module in any elective courses and practice link.3.Universities art direction of professional sports dance training scheme of specialized technology compulsory course for credit requirements vary, sports dance special skills course school points divide imbalance; In the Yellow River institute of science and technology courses, professional foundation courses and professional courses confusion, classification is not clear.4.Universities art direction of professional sports dance training scheme of restricted elective course content more comprehensive, are involved in the professional art and cross major sports disciplines and practical course, but of course credits required a gap.5.Influence some universities in our country professional art direction of sports dance curriculum implementation effect of specific factors include reasonable schedules to owe, which part of the course was difficult to control; The lack of professional teaching under the guidance of teachers; Students own skills quality is poor, cannot complete set task, etc.
