The number of the national institutions which have Sport Dance as an undergraduate specialization teaching has risen to more than100. The teaching and training of Sport Dance in university actually has a reflection of the competitive level of Chinese Sport Dance. Many professional Institutes, which have Sport Dance as undergraduate education, its technology courses are still in a scattered situation now. What is pity that when the Domestic players chasing champion, they continue denying, suspecting and modifying their process, but there didn’t have the front-line molding technology and curriculum practice system for supporting. According the current teaching and training teams in China now, they all have a fierceness mood of practice, but lacking of combing and summarizing their practice experience, sorting out the results as a research. If do so, these results can promote Sports Dance teaching training and scientific research.In this research, based on the literature data, experts interviews, questionnaire case analysis and mathematical statistics method research methods, using various kinds of Sport Dance characteristics、technical features and sports dance contest judged standards, etc as the theoretical basis, combined with systems theory, teaching theory courses the basic principles of design, constructing the basis of curriculum system adapt to training objectives. Conclusion below:1. There is not so much difference of the national professional Sports Institute in Sport Dance technical training and practical courses training, the actual implementation process easy deviation, targeting is still relatively narrow and poor social adaptability. Talent athletes constitutes have a "skewed distribution" tendency; The third version of the revision processes of the courses and training of Sport Dance in Beijing Sport University reveals high specifications, more refinement contents and emphasis on students’subjectivity, independence, focus on students’innovative ability and practical ability.2. Sport Dance technology curriculum system construction the content should be more specific and detailed, explicit the students special technology and skills shuold reach the target, focusing on the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, strict rules of each semester teaching tasks and content objectives, to train students to become Sport Dance performances, teaching, training and choreography versatile talents in one of the ultimate goal.3. In this research, Sport Dance technology curriculum system use the method of combing the longitudinal linear teaching with horizontal elements of teaching and elements of teaching and thematic teaching by a combination of teaching reform, one method of the teaching materials from the abstract to grasp the inherent nature; first of all, sports teaching dance training category parallel arrangement, classification tells; then to the difficulty of movement, the student needs, the development of the discipline based on yearly basis, based on the Sport Dance syllabus prescribed content and order, in strict accordance with the different semester program settings, making the technology courses teaching more purpose and effectiveness.4. Sport Dance technical training curriculum evaluation content five dimensions:the completion of the semester curriculum goals circumstances, the performance of the basic technology, a combination of proficiency, field effect, extracurricular training; repertoire curriculum evaluation content in four dimensions:dance forms, action technology is perfect and coordination the coherent integrity, morale, and performance effects of music interpretation.5. Sport Dance "progressive" pedagogy is mainly on the design of the unit and lesson, from the system viewpoint, we mobilize and the creation conducive to make teaching technical courses optimal function.6. Extracurricular training and competition in order to improve classroom teaching effectiveness, the sense of competition and training for the purpose.
