Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Undergraduate Ideological And Political Education In Xinjiang

Incentive Mechanism of Undergraduate Ideological and Political Education, in today’s colleges and universities has become increasingly necessary. Based on incentive mechanism of undergraduate ideological and political education able to mobilize students’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, in order to make the students’ growth, how to efficiently under the guidance of incentive mechanism for ideological and political education, exert to students’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, it is particularly important.In this paper, the incentive mechanism of undergraduate in Xinjiang ideological and political education for research, the college students of all nationalities in Xinjiang as research object, using interview method, questionnaire survey method analysis of the current situation of the incentive mechanism of undergraduate in Xinjiang ideological and political education, and discuss the problems and causes of them, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the problems of the incentive mechanism of undergraduate in Xinjiang ideological and political education. The main body of the article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, which introduces the basis and significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, the ideas and methods of the research, the key points, difficulties and innovations of this paper. The second part mainly through literature analysis expounds the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education related concepts and theoretical basis, and theoretical value to improve the ideological and political education incentive mechanism analysis, introduce the basic theory of the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education. The third part mainly through the current situation of the incentive mechanism of undergraduate in Xinjiang ideological and political education construction,elaborates the existing problems and reasons, analysis of the incentive mechanism of undergraduate in Xinjiang ideological and political education status. The fourth part put forward to improve the countermeasures of the Xinjiang college students’ incentive mechanism of ideological and political education, mainly through the four principles to adhere the incentive mechanism of college students’ ideological and political education in Xinjiang, the Xinjiang college students’ incentive mechanism of ideological and political education of the practical application of the five combination and improve the Xinjiang college students’ ideological and political education four operational mechanisms to elaborate.In this paper combined with the special situation in Xinjiang, in view of the reality environment of the common development of multi-nationality and multi-religion in Xinjiang and the actual situation of the ideological work of college students in Xinjiang, effective application of the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education theory combined with the actual construction of Xinjiang colleges and universities to build the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education for college students in Xinjiang, for the promotion of college students’ ideological understanding and better development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays an important role.
