The Research In The Acceptance Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students In Xinjiang

Improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students has always been a issue which is the highlight of colleges and universities with continuous effort being exerted for exploration. Especially in Xinjiang, the“three forces” with the banner of nationality and being camouflaged by the so-called religious coat do everything possible to penetrate into universities with extremist ideology in an attempt to scramble for successors. Confronting with such a complex situation, the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang is impacted to some extent. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the attraction, persuasion and appealing of ideological and political education, all of which should be based on improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Perfect acceptance mechanism is an important guarantee to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Acceptance is an important part of ideological and political education; only when the the subject has accepted the contents of education can the ideological and political education be proceeded smoothly. This paper attempts to study the mechanism of ideological and political education to clearify the theoretical basis and basic content of the ideological and political education. The elements and the overall characteristics of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education are analyzed. At the same time,from the dynamic perspective, the operation process and the law to be followed of the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education are analyzed.According to the questionnaire results of the acceptance extent of ideological and political education, it reveals the problems existing in the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education for college students in Xinjiang with the deep reasons of these problems being explored from three aspects of the acceptance object,conduction mode and acceptance environment. Finally, it puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang based on the reasons of the problems of acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education and the three laws of operation of the acceptance mechanism: required promotional rate, the method of adaptation law and environmental effects.Although there are still a variety of difficulties confronted by the acceptance mechanism of ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang, the effectiveness of ideological and political education can be continuously improved if the some efective measures such as: adjustment of acceptance, improvement of educational methods and optimization of educational environment and so on are carried out correspondingly.
