The rapid development of modern science and technology, the relationship between people is gradually overshadowed by the numbers, symbols and technology, tools and utilitarian education has gradually become increasingly prominent, as science and technology transfer tools. "Caring" as a new mode of education has attracted much attention. In this field, known as "caring" professional quality of teachers is indispensable are presented and discussed, caring has become an important part of the kindergarten teachers’ occupation ethics. In addition, the sensitivity of the kindergarten teachers caring plays an important role in the caring practice and caring quality. Based on the actual life of education, the researchers themselves as insiders and outsiders into the true relationship and the reality in the field, to experience, attention and thinking the caring sensitivity of teachers. By using literature method, interview method, structure in connotation, explore the kindergarten teachers’ caring sensitivity, characteristics And the role of the basic theoretical issues based on, to the reality of the situation were more specific and in-depth investigation and study, to sort out the current kindergarten teachers in China showing a concern sensitive state of reality, reveals the main problems existing in the current Chinese kindergarten teachers caring sensitivity and its influencing factors. And put forward to enhance the sensitivity of kindergarten teacher’s caring, to provide support for the kindergarten teacher’s morality development and professional development according to the related research.The main content of this paper includes three parts: the first part is mainly about the basic theoretical problems on the kindergarten teachers’ caring sensitivity, focus on the analysis of the connotation of kindergarten teachers’ caring sensitivity, basic characteristics and influence. This is to understand the kindergarten teachers concern sensitivity realistic condition theory. The second part of the kindergarten teacher’s interview arrangement analysis of kindergarten teachers and children, our colleagues, managers, caring parents and their sensitivity among the three, and the main problems of our kindergarten teachers care of sensitive analysis, the main existing bias to care, care is more subjective, caring relationship is utility three a major problem. And then discuss the main factors affecting the sensitivity of the kindergarten teachers care, including in children Kindergarten teachers individual factors and external factors, characteristics of individual factors including kindergarten teachers, self cognition and occupation identity and other factors, the external factors include the management of the kindergarten culture, kindergarten teachers’ interpersonal situation and social environment in the cultural atmosphere. The third part is to enhance the thinking and suggestion of kindergarten teachers care sensitivity specific measures include: first, is rich in the kindergarten teachers care experience; two is to train the kindergarten teachers’ good care; three is to strengthen the kindergarten teachers’ learning and practice of caring theory of reflection; the four is to strengthen the construction of kindergarten caring atmosphere; the five is to create a social care kindergarten teachers’ cultural atmosphere.
