| With the rapid development of information technology, the occupational structure has changed, traditional jobs have been eliminated, and new jobs have been constantly emerging, which forces people to continue to study and promotes the rigid demand for on-the-job personnel to improve their academic qualifications. When expanding the scale of undergraduate students, postgraduate education has also developed rapidly, and part-time postgraduate students have become the main group of scale expansion, which provides flexible and convenient channels for on-the-job personnel to improve their academic qualifications.Cultivating talents with part-time master’s degrees plays an important role in the construction of high-quality teachers. However, with the expansion of the scale, the quality of the training of part-time master of education has increasingly become a prominent problem. In this study, the quality of master’s degree in part-time education in Guizhou province is taken as the research object.Questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods are used to study the influence of the research on the key link of the quality of master’s degree in part-time education in colleges and universities. The main problems include training objectives, entrance of students, training process and graduation monitoring. The first is the homogenization of the cultivation program: then there is the "heterogeneous" mix of students in the admission process. The resourceinvestment to the part-time education master is less;lack of the process management of the training unit;in the final output stage of graduation, there are some problems such as low self-evaluation of students, imperfect supervision and restraint system, weak quality supervision of graduation thesis and imperfect evaluation system. The problems in the quality of part-time master’s education in Guizhou province are caused by the inadequate preparation of the training units for the change of students, the neglect of the effective development of training programs, the lack of process management, and the imperfect monitoring system of graduation outputIn order to solve the problems existing in the quality of part-time master’s education in Guizhou province, the theory of total quality management(TQM)has been used for reference to try to improve the deficiencies in the aspects of training objectives, entrance of students, training process and graduation monitoring. At the same time, the improvement of the quality of part-time master’s education should be guaranteed.First of all,we should pay attention to the management of the entrance of students, formulate the student training program, improve the auxiliary support system of the part-time master of education, strengthen the process management, and improve the monitoring mechanism of the output of graduates. |
