Research On The Quality Guarantee Mechanism Of Private High School Internationalization

At present,China’s economy has become the main driving force of world economic growth.With the promotion of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative and the deployment of the construction of the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area,China is more and more closely connected with the world,and international cultural and educational exchanges are increasingly frequent,which inevitably promotes the development of education internationalization.Promoting the internationalization of education is conducive to improving the quality of school running,improving the supply of high-quality education resources and meeting diversified educational needs.In recent years,shenzhen city has accelerated the process of internationalization of education,effectively improved the ability of international talent training,to meet people’s demand for high-quality and diversified education.The unique mechanism advantage of private education is conducive to the practice of international education.With the rapid development of private international high schools,on the one hand,it has injected new impetus and vitality into the internationalization of China’s education.On the other hand,there are problems such as uneven quality of international running of private high schools and violations of rules by school-running subjects.The quality of running a school has become an important factor restricting its development.In the past,the traditional management method that only relies on the education administrative department to guarantee the quality of running a school through the post-inspection cannot find out the problems thoroughly and guarantee the maximization of the public welfare of running a school.Therefore,based on the new public governance theory,this paper explores the establishment of a co-governance system with relationship contract and multiple values as the core stakeholders on the basis of a clear school-running goal,so as to guarantee the maximization of the public interests of private high schools in running internationalized schools and improve the quality of private high schools in running internationalized schools.This paper focuses on "why guarantee? For what? How?" Based on the research background of internationalization of education in shenzhen and the improvement of quality assurance mechanism,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for improvement of the quality assurance of internationalization of private high schools.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the international running quality of private high schools has made certain achievements,which meet the diversified educational needs in terms of running school philosophy,school management mode,campus environment,curriculum,textbook introduction,teaching methods,campus activities,international cultural exchange,and student evaluation.However,there are still some problems,such as the school motivation is not pure,the existence of profit thinking,the government department supervision failure,the international school evaluation organization development delay,the lack of international school quality standards,the lack of teachers,the quality of students is poor and insufficient,and so on.The analysis of the overseas advanced education internationalization,on the basis of quality assurance experience based on CIPP evaluation model,this study from the school,the education process,education background,the education input output square in the face of the path of private high school education internationalization quality guarantee mechanism are discussed in this paper,for our private high schools to establish "the government leading,independent schools and multiple cooperation" the internationalization of education quality assurance mechanism put forward feasible ideas,in order to ensure our private maximize public welfare and quality of running education internationalization,the sustainable development contribution strength for our private education career.
